How do I watch the show online?

To watch our show online you have 3 options

EASY – watch in your browser from the advertised url. (Will not be able to chat)

SIMPLE – Downnload a modern podcast app such as Fountain.fm sign up using an email. Then you can watch and chat with the artists, host and viewers.

TECHNICAL – Utilise Nostr a decentralised social media / communications tool. (You need to get a nostr key in order to sign in)

Into the Valueverse – LONGY, JOE MARTIN, NATHAN ABBOTT
Date: Friday, May 23, 2025
Location: The Fickle Pickle, Westcliff-on-Sea 288 LONDON ROAD WESTCLIFF ESSEX UK

The event featured an exciting line-up of independent artists, including Longy (Southend’s own genre-defying rebel), Joe Martin (a rising name in UK Americana), and Nathan Abbott (a soulful Essex-based singer-songwriter).

What makes Into the Valueverse a true first is its fully interactive format. Powered by Bitcoin’s “value-for-value” model, both in-person attendees and global viewers can send real-time support directly to the artists during their performances via small Bitcoin payments, known as “boosts” or “zaps.” The gig was livestreamed worldwide via Podcasting 2.0 apps and NOSTR, making it accessible across borders.

This marks a bold new direction for music and digital culture in the UK — and it’s all happening in Essex first. Video below.
